Overview

At Tide Back Restaurant, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required for all return and refund requests.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable or consumable kitchen products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Health or hygiene-related items that have been opened

  • Damaged or missing items not caused by our error

  • Any item returned after 30 days from delivery


Partial Refunds May Be Granted

We may offer a partial refund under these conditions:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use

  • Packaging or components are incomplete

  • Returned items received after the 30-day window

  • Damage not due to our handling or shipping


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.

If your refund is delayed, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank (refunds may take several business days to process)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at binh@tidebackrestaurant.com, and send your item to:

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of return. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
